1960 Gibson ES-355 Red, Excellent, Original Hard, $14,500.00

Here's a super clean ES-355 stereo with its original stereo/Varitone circuit intact from late 1960. Late 60 355's begin to show 61 features like the short pick guard and white switch tip. Pickups are still long magnet PAFs (the one that was open is anyway). Neck pickup has been opened but checks out as original. Bridge pickup is still sealed but is missing most of its sticker. All hardware is original including the frets. The guitar can't have been played much as the frets show virtually no wear. Condition is 9.5/10. I could probably call it near mint but I won't. Neck profile is wide but slim front to back. Original brown with pink Stone case in good condition.
