2016 Gibson ES-355 GH1 Proof #12 "Walnut"

Direct from the Gibson Custom Shop in Memphis and never before available to the public! This 2016 ES-355 is a non production Artist Proof never before offered for sale. At the time the plant in Memphis closed this guitar was purchased by a Gibson employee who installed Custom Buckers but the guitar includes the original MHS humbuckers, as well. This guitar is in like-new condition and is a fantastic example of the craftsmanship offered at the Memphis Plant. It features a "walnut" finish similar to that found on late 60's ES models favored by BB King with the standard ES-355 appointments such as gold hardware, ebony fingerboard, and custom split diamond headstock inlay. Unlike those guitars, this instrument comes equipped with an ABR-1 bridge and stop tailpiece for solid intonation and tuning stability .This guitar includes the original hardshell case and makes a great addition to any collection as a 1 of a kind offering from one of the finest guitar builders!
