1956 Gibson J-160E Ready for Refinish!, Very Good, Hard, $1,300.00

1956 J160E Restoration Project guitar. Finish removed on body and ready for a refinish. Traces of the original finish remain, which is a sign nothing was thinned out during the finish removal, which was done by a long-time guitar repair guy. None of the structural integrity was compromised in the process on this one. Original finish on neck, except at neck heel area. Other than an input jack patch, no repairs. Some fill in under pickguard from usual pull out in this area from guard removal.

Includes original string ferrules, truss rod cover and screws, bridge and saddle, non-original hardshell case for shipping.

V Fon number on neck block makes this an early one.
