1968 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty

1968 marked the return of the original Les Paul body design to the Gibson line up. Customs and Standards from this year have become increasingly hard to find, and as they are the closest guitars to the original 50's models, these are some of the best vintage Les Pauls available! This early Les Paul Custom is one of the very first serial numbers of this run. It features the desirable long neck tenon, single piece body and neck, "dotted I" Gibson logo, and the perfect mid-60's neck shape! With an ebony fingerboard, block inlays, gold hardware and a pair of Patent sticker Humbuckers, this guitar is the perfect example of what makes a vintage Les Paul the ultimate electric guitar!
