This is a cool guitar in a very rare color. Not many were made in GoldBurst, and of all the guitars I’ve owned, this is only my second. This guitar has been played. You can see the finish wear on the back of the neck. There’s a spot in the middle, and on both treble and bass sides. There’s a spot on the front of the body, too. There’s some scratching or something on the pickguard. There’s pick scratches. There’s belt buckle wear. Frets show wear, and seem to have been dressed. They’re lower in the middle. There’s a bit of fingerboard wear in first position. This was a player’s guitar. Fortunately, nothing was changed. It’s all original. Two pots date late 1980, one dates early 1981, and the 4th I can’t read. The original Shaw humbuckers are coded 392 1081 (Neck) and 393 981 (Bridge) There is wear and some pitting on the gold hardware. The input jack has a dent in it. The guitar weighs in at 10 lb 8 oz. Overall, a cool and rare guitar that has been played, but not abused. Comes with original chainsaw case.
