1957 Gibson Les Paul Junior Sunburst

Summary: One of the true classic guitars that has stood the test of time. This particular Gibson was made in 1957 and it has that classic look and sound that guitar players all over the world are dreaming about. The simplicity & the quality cannot be matched. This wonderful Gibson was recently set up with a new set of 10’s and it plays and sounds fantastic!

Body: Mahogany single cutaway slab body. Yellow to brown sunburst finished top, brown back and neck finish. Gibson logo and "Les Paul Junior" silkscreened on peghead in gold.

Neck: Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, big chunky fat Gibson neck!

Pickups/Hardware: Single P-90 original pickup & black pickup cover, 3-on-a-side replacement Kluson Deluxe style tuning keys with white plastic buttons, chrome hardware, one volume knob & 1 tone knob, gold top hat knobs, single ply black pickguard, dot inlays, stud tailpiece & stop tail bridge.

Cosmetics: This vintage Gibson has lots of cool checking in the finish with various nicks & dings on the body but structurally this Gibson is sound & secure & ready to be played and loved for years to come.

Playability: We set this instrument up with 10’s and the action is low & comfortable – the truss rod is fully working & the neck is straight.
Modifications: Replacement Kluson Deluxe tuning keys
