2011 Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe Sunburst

Summary: This Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe sports many of the specs we have come to love from the Les Paul plus some modern features, without busting the bank. The humbucking pickups have coil splitting options, making this a very versatile guitar while still offering that tradition Gibson vibe with mahogany neck, body, and a maple cap. This Les Paul Studio Deluxe ships in its original hard shell case.

Body: The body is solid mahogany with a maple cap and maple binding. It has a nice 2 tone sunburst and no pickguard, which is intentional from the factory.

Neck: The mahogany neck has a nice full profile with no binding, rosewood fretboard, trapezoidal inlays, 22 frets, nickel plated Grover tuners, 1 11/16” nut width and 24 3/4” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: The pickups are Gibson Humbuckers with coil splitting options, 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3 way toggle, tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, Grover tuners, amber knobs and strap lock strap buttons.

Cosmetics: This Les Paul shows lots of wear around the edges, some buckle rash, some finish cracking around the nut and fretboard and one ding on the top by the strap button. There is a small amount of fret wear around the first few frets but nothing severe that hinders its playability. Although it has some nicks and dings, it is a fully functional, great playing guitar.

Playability: This Les Paul has been set up by our in house luthier with low action and strung up with a new set of 10’s. It has a great tone acoustically and electrically, the neck and frets feel very comfortable as well.
