2011 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro II Goldtop

Summary: Taking design and visual cues from the Les Paul guitars of the '80s and '90s, the Les Paul Traditional Pro II features powerful pickups with push/push for coil splits and boost circuit, '60s neck profile, Grover locking tuners, antique binding, period-correct pickguard, vintage Gibson top hat knobs, and the revolutionary Plek set up.

Body: Solid body, single cutaway Les Paul with a mahogany body & a maple cap with a beautiful gold top finish.

Neck: Fully bound mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, block pearloid inlays, original Grover locking tuning keys, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width. This neck feels like a 60’s thin profile neck.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 p90 pickups, 2 push/pull volume knobs, 2 tone knobs, 3-way switch, original chrome Grover locking tuning keys, pearloid block inlays, cream plastics.

Cosmetics: The classic Gibson goldtop finish is hard to beat and it looks fabulous. There are a few small scratches or dings on the back of the guitar, there is a scratch on the back of the neck & some signs of wear around the edges of the headstock, but overall this Gibson is in great shape.

Playability: This Gibson instrument plays great – we set it up with a new set of 10’s – adjusted the neck & made sure the action was low – its ready to be loved and played for years & years.
