Up for sale is an insanely cool limited edition 2017 Gibson Custom Shop Firebird Custom in its original ebony finish. Available in a limited production run of only 200 instruments, Gibson Custom is proud to introduce an elegant, modern take on the legendary Firebird with the Limited Run Firebird Custom. Rising from the ashes in all its Custom-appointed glory, the Firebird Custom will make the perfect addition to any collection! Sporting that iconic Firebird shape, the Limited Run Firebird features a mahogany body and cozy medium “C”-shaped neck—all handsomely dressed in a sleek ebony nitro finish. As you’d expect from a Custom-appointed Gibson Custom, the Firebird Custom showcases multi-ply body bindings, a bound richlite fretboard with pearl block inlays, and all-gold hardware including mini Grover tuners and a Tune-O-Matic bridge/stopbar tailpiece combo. Equipped with a 490R neck pickup, the Firebird Custom dishes out that famed tone of those sought-after original PAF pickups. The 498T in the bridge position swaps out the 490R’s Alnico II magnet for an Alnico V magnet, making it slightly hotter with emphasis on the mids and trebles—ideal for those screaming leads and solos. Overall in excellent condition less some light play wear and small stress crack at the headstock which has been meticulously repaired and touched up by Mike Lull here in Seattle. Pro setup in-house and comes complete with its original hard case and COA.

We offer a 48 hour approval period on all guitars, amplifiers, and pedals from the date of purchase for in store transactions or date of delivery for internet orders. This approval period is for the buyer to make sure that the instrument is in the condition and originality we advertised. If a return is requested because the buyer simply doesn’t like the way an instrument plays, sounds or other personal preferences we reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee at our sole discretion. In the event of any return the buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction. In the event a return is requested on an item prior to shipment or delivery a 10% restocking fee will be deducted at our sole discretion. All returns must be approved by phone or email and must be returned in the exact condition they left our store. Any item returned not in the same condition it left our store is subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion. For logistical reasons we are unable to accept returns on any transaction involving a trade, both in store and online. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer's expense.
