1988 Gibson Q90 black
Description
Not a model I was very familiar with, my first thought it was a Victory with a P/J pickup set up. One buddy told me it was a Q-80, another guy said he thought the Q-80's had the rectangular Bartolini style pickups, the P/J set ups were Q-90's. Seems like that what this one is, and only made a few years, 1988-89. At some point it was professionally converted to a fretless. Truss rod works, electronics sound great, ebony boards just rock and is a pretty cool 30 some year old American bass. Could be refretted if you like. Non original hard case, kind of worn but is solid. 34" scale, great bass and ready to boogie. Thanks for looking!
