1965 Gibson Thunderbird II "Sunburst"

This fully original 1965 "Reverse Body" Thunderbird II features all the original nickel covers for the bridge and pickup, and an original Gibson rectangle case. These instruments have become incredibly hard to find, and especially with no breaks or repairs. The great playing neck-thru body design is very resonant, and the original pickups give this bass the distinctive growl that found favor with bassists like John Entwistle of the Who.
