An early example of a Trini Lopez model guitar, this guitar was made in early 1965 but retains all the desirable 1964 features. With the preferable, 1 11/16" nut width, nickel hardware, and a pair of phenomenal sounding patent number humbucking pickups. This guitar has one of the most beautiful wood grain patterns we've seen on a Trini Lopez, and has kept the original "Trini" name plaque on the trapeze tailpiece. A previous owner installed an engraved metal placard on the body of the guitar that he claims was gifted to him by Trini Lopez himself. This remains an otherwise all original example of a guitar that has become incredibly hard to find. This instrument comes with an earlier, brown hardshell case.
