I’ve seen these before and they’re rare. Possibly as old as the 1930s, no way to prove it either way, and extremely solid with beautifully cast cross-bar; have seen this exact one on myriads of types of earlier Grover tailpieces, including those made for Martin. Bail ends threaded, one nut missing, looks like an 8-32 or 6-32 thread to me and should be easy to replace. Beautiful old-time heavy nickel plating. $95
