NN060006...near mint condition decade old Guild D-55...solid Indian rosewood back and sides, solid spruce top (looks like it could be Adirondack...doesn't look like Sitka to my eye), mahogany neck, ebony board and bridge with those great deco style pearl/abalone block fret board inlays and beautiful burst top. The guitar has a 1 11/16" nut and comfortable low "C" neck profile. Though it did get some use from its current owner (as evidenced by some light fret wear) it has been very well cared for and is cosmetically and structurally perfect, needs nothing. You'll strain your eyes looking for a mark on the finish anywhere. As noted, there's some minor fret wear down in the first position but it is so minor that its a long way from needing any attention. The guitar has had a Baggs I-Beam pickup added (pro install) and a strap button installed in the bass side, adjacent to the neck block. A small, but appropriate for the job, mahogany backing block was installed inside the guitar for the screw to anchor into when that strap button was installed. The neck is straight under tension and the top flat. The action is set at 7/64" at the low E and 5/64" at the high E with plenty of saddle showing. Plays comfortably all over the neck with good intonation. Comes with the original hard case which is also in superb condition. $2750.

Items are sold with a 48 hour approval period unless clearly marked "AS IS" in the listing. AS IS items are not returnable. If an item is going to be returned it is at the buyer's expense and the item must be shipped within 24 hours of the buyer notifying Kovacik Guitars of intent to return. Any returned items must be shipped in the original packaging and MUST be fully insured when returned. Once an item is returned to Kovacik Guitars and judged to be in the same condition as when originally sold a full refund will be issued.
