This is one of those guitars. It's fantastic. It also has a repaired cracked headstock, probably from a machine head bouncing off the bottom of the case, but it is a solid and stable repair- I was gigging 120+ shows a year and my 2 G Juniors had repaired headstocks, and those that know, know they aren't going anywhere. But I had to have it! I played it, was amazed and paid the price. It belonged to one of the best producers and engineers I know, not to mention best guitarists, and he baby's his stuff, as well as picking out exceptional instruments. Great neck, virtually no fret wear, nut width, weighs pounds, and was just bad a$$. And it looks great, lots of checking but not much wear and tear, whoever owned it originally took great care of it. The clear black finish covers an amazingly flamey back, and is a pretty rare color, Definitely something you don't see every day, or even every month. If you're a Guild person you know about the Hoboken Guilds. The original hard case is solid, has a broken latch but shuts tightly. Thanks for looking!
