1978 Ibanez CN250 "Sunburst"

From Ibanez's Concert Series, these models were only produced from 1978-79 out of the revered FujiGen factory in Japan. This first-year example is extremely clean and plays great! It's crafted with a solid mahogany body and carved maple top, a 3-piece rock maple neck, and a bound, ebonized rosewood board with ornate "vintage vine" inlays. For hardware and electronics, it features a Gibraltar bridge and tailpiece with "cloud" ornament, a pair of Ibanez Super 80 humbuckers, and a tri-sound switch for the neck pickup along with the standard pickup selector and 4-knob volume/tone arrangement. This rare find is a great pick for the vintage Japanese aficionado and day-to-day player alike!
