2016 Ken McKay Sunrise 335 Pelham Blue, Brand New, Original Hard, $7,500.00

I have asked Ken McKay to make a run of his semi hollow thin body guitars for me. There will be 6 of them made to the specs of the worlds fussiest 335 enthusiast...me. Other than the fact they will have Ken's name on them rather than Gibson's, you probably won't be able to tell one from a real 59. If there is a particular color you want. Let me know and I can have one made in that color for you. I have ordered a couple of PB's, a blonde, a white and a black one so far. Pickups will be Throbaks unless you have another preference. Ken makes his own plywood for the tops and backs so it can be three ply like a 58 or four ply like a 59. This one has a huge neck profile based on the biggest 59 I've ever owned. Parts are all high end repro. No relics just some yellowing to the bindings. You want to crap it up, play it for 20 years or drag it behind your truck.
