C. 1935 Kunow in very good condition. This Oscar Schmidt made parlor guitar has one small repaired hairline crack extending from the bridge to the edge of the lower bout. This Kunow was constructed with a spruce top, birch back and sides, a poplar neck with a black painted maple fingerboard , and a painted maple bridge. The “V” shaped neck has a width of 1 3/4” at the nut, a depth of 1.02” deep at the first fret, and a depth of 1.22” at the ninth fret. The guitar has a 25” scale and weighs 2.93 lbs. A ladder braced, Stella style guitar that is particularly well suited for blues and features a striking small sunburst with checked purfling around the soundhole and top edges. Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
