127554...This great little solid mahogany and spruce 00 is used but doesn't look it, virtually mint condition. The top has scalloped X bracing, abalone rosette and 'rope' style (half-herringbone) purfling. The top and back are bound in solid maple and the body and neck are finished in satin lacquer. The neck joint is a traditional dovetail, the fret board is inlaid with pearl diamond shaped position markers and the ebony headstock overlay is inlaid with an abalone 'torch' style pattern. Bone nut and saddle. The bridge is ebony with vintage style pyramid ends. The 25.4" scale and 1 3/4" nut width make this a nice little guitar for finger style play. The action is set low, 6/64" at the low E measured at the 12th fret, 5/64" at the high E with plenty of saddle left showing and the truss rod adjusted to produce a very flat neck. The guitar could have the action raised easily if the new owner prefers higher action. As it is, the guitar plays great for finger style play with no buzz anywhere and good intonation. Excellent sound, balance and projection from a small guitar. Comes with the original hard case which is also in like new condition. $1200

Items are sold with a 48 hour approval period unless clearly marked "AS IS" in the listing. AS IS items are not returnable. If an item is going to be returned it is at the buyer's expense and the item must be shipped within 24 hours of the buyer notifying Kovacik Guitars of intent to return. Any returned items must be shipped in the original packaging and MUST be fully insured when returned. Once an item is returned to Kovacik Guitars and judged to be in the same condition as when originally sold a full refund will be issued.
