This 1998 Larrivee D-09 with Brazilian rosewood back and sides is the second one to arrive here recently.  This version includes a tasteful Eagle headstock inlay, an upgrade option.

The back and sides on this guitar are particularly stunning, and they really add to the fantastic tone we know we can expect from older Larrivee guitars.

Part of a large collection acquisition, this guitar was purchased and stashed, perhaps having only been played a couple times before it arrived here.  The frets and overall condition show this.  I'd call it mint.  There are a few signs of handling, but it looks like a new guitar.

The frets are perfect with no visible wear.  We gave them a quick polish.  The neck set is perfect as well, allowing for low action and with the original factory saddle height.  The truss rod has room for future neck relief adjustment.

This is a gorgeous piece that plays like butter with delicious tone.  It is just going to get better and better, especially if someone plays it regularly.  You're going to love this guitar!
