This Lentz SSL is an extremely well executed, refined, yet classic take on the Strat.
The feel of the neck and the fretwork are things you'll notice right away. The weight is average at 7 pounds 9 ounces, but somehow it feels lighter than that, perhaps it is the balance they achieved with the slight difference from the original Strat shape.
The guitar is all original save the missing backplate, There are no issues or repairs. It set up easily with a new set of 10-46 strings. Meticulously wired, an example of the fine craftsmanship throughout the guitar.
Original hardshell case included.

The Signature Scott Lentz (SSL) design grew out of Lentz Guitar’s extensive experience with vintage S style guitars. With three single coil pickups and a vintage style tremolo bridge, this guitar has a traditional S style voice, but with greater presence and a wider tonal pallet than most S style guitars. The body shape emphasizes a balance of lower frequencies which gives the SSL a dynamic, deep, and articulate acoustic tone that sings when played electrically. The SSL has pure vintage DNA, but with a contemporary aesthetic.
Shipping policy:
Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
