Madeira EB-400 Cherry Bass Guitar Made in Japan with Original Hardshell Case

Summary: This Madeira is a really great vintage bass. Made in Japan, Madeira was Guilds overseas brand, built with quality materials and a really high level of craftsmanship. This bass has one P-Bass style pickup, volume, tone and a nice full neck profile topped off with a dark rosewood fingerboard. It has just been setup with low action and a straight neck and feels and plays great. It even comes with the original case!

Body: Solid body double cutaway with a translucent cherry finish.

Neck: Full C profile neck with a rich dark rosewood fingerboard, pearl dots, jumbo frets, 34” scale length and 1.6” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: one p bass style pickup with allen key adjustable pole pieces, off white knobs, volume, tone, 4 brass saddles on chrome bridge and open gear tulip tuning keys.

Cosmetics: This bass has some scratches on the back, by the heel contour, some pick scratches on the front and lots of little nicks and dings in the finish on the body but nothing severe. The neck is nearly blemish free and the frets are in great shape as well.

Playability: This bass has just been setup by our in house guitar tech and the action is low, the truss rod has been adjusted for a straight neck and the frets are tall with plenty of life and very minimal wear to mention.
