The terrific and much sought-after Martin 000-18 Golden Era, no longer made, much to the dismay of many; these are not easy to find, certainly not as nice a one as this. With its pre-war specs throughout it comes darn close to an original 1930s 000-18 in all the right ways. Adirondack spruce top with scalloped braces; genuine mahogany back and sides; 1-3/4” nut width and true pre-war modified-V neck contour; 24.9” scale length for easy playing; the whole deal. This guitar came to us in near-pristine condition with literally no evidence of wear; it is as clean as a whistle and has a nice crisp action to match, all with a standard .012 string set for divine playing.
