1968 Moserite/Dobro Californian D-100 "Red"

A rare model from a brief period where Semi Mosley acquired the rights to the "Dobro" Brand name, the D-100 was initially intended as a signature guitar for country music star and session extraordinaire Glen Campbell. When Campbell signed with Ovation the D-100 was given the "Californian" moniker. This short-lived model features a resonator cone in the body for a tone unlike any other electric guitar. The hollow body is similar in size to a Gibson ES-335 but the neck and original single coil pickups are pure Mosrite! A great player and a clean example, this guitar is sure to stand out!
