Summary: The Parker P-42 is designed to be the best possible electric guitar at the lowest possible price for serious guitarists. The visual impact of the Parker Fly guitar is achieved with a solid mahogany body and maple bolt-on neck. Sonically, the P-42 guitar is a monster. Two custom-wound Parker Stinger alnico humbucker pickups deliver super sustain and grind, plus they offer coil tapping to give you a bright edge with no hum. The Parker P-42 guitar's genuine ebony fretboard provides a silky feel with 22 frets on a 10" to 13" conical-radius neck. This particular Parker is in fine shape aside from a gash by the output jack. It ships fully insured!

Body: Mahogany body with unique double cutaway and a metallic grey finish.

Neck: Sleek maple neck with an unbound ebony fretboard with a 10”-13” radius, 22 frets, end of heel truss rod wheel, 25.5” scale length, 1.64” nut width and black Grover tuners.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 Parker designed alnico magnet humbuckers, one volume, one tone, push/pull coil split, 3 way toggle, black hardware, Grover 18-1 gear ratio tuners, tune-o-matic bridge and stop-bar tailpiece.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in pretty fine shape aside from a gash in the finish on the bottom edge by the toggle where you can see the wood. Other than that, there are a few very minor dents and pick scratches.

Playability: Our in house luthier has just set up and restrung this guitar. The action is low, the neck is straight and it plays beautifully up and down its slim neck.
