Recording King ROA-9-RWB Bakersfield Red White & Blue

The ROA-9-RWB Limited Edition Bakersfield is a solid Sitka spruce top 000 shape acoustic which features their special Cross Lap Bracing. This design makes the Bakersfield an ideal strummer with a visual presence that honors the Americana and down-home players of the Central Valley.

Recording King gave the Bakersfield a unique tri-color neck and high-density ovangkol fretboard and bridge that are striking to the eye and allow the rapid transfer of tone across the frequency range. Other appointments include a bone nut and saddle for better transference and Recording Kings's ivory button tuners.

This guitar is in fine used condition and has recently been setup and restrung by our in house luthier. The action is low, the neck is straight and it sounds great. The headstock overlay was peeling off a bit and has since been glued back down. The repair was done well but you can see some small chips around the edge of the headstock and overlay. Other than that, the guitar is in great shape save for a few minor scuffs on the bottom side and a small scratch on the back that is hardly noticeable.
