1982 Rickenbacker 4001 "Psychedelic"

This 1982 Rickenbacker 4001 features one of the most amazing custom paint jobs we've seen! Drawing clear inspiration from the work of 1960's art collective "the Fool", this bass is reminiscent of some of the customized instruments used by Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce of Cream, the Beatles, and others. Like all Rick basses this instrument has a distinctive growl that make a 4001 a must have for any serious bass collection. The flamed maple neck is left stripped to natural and this is set up to play as great as it looks. A killer bass as well as a work of art!
