1980 Rickenbacker 425 Azureglo
Azureglo, a rather rare Rickenbacker finish. We know it says 425 but it's not a trem model. Yup. Has the distinctive Rickenbacker solid body cresting wave body shape but this also has that cool Fender Esquire vibe. A remarkably cool guitar for stage or studio. The old-style bridge was replaced with a more useable Gibson bridge. The tuners were also replaced. The better to tune you with my dear. Has newer strap buttons too. In good shape but see the chipped finish on the back of the headstock, crack in pickguard and hints of finish checking. It’s pretty light at just under seven pounds. You’ll be the only kid in town with one. We love Rickys. Comes with the original hard case.
