Schecter Hellraiser 4 Deep Red Burst

Summary: This Hellraiser 4 is in great used condition, features 2 active EMG pickups, abalone purfling, abalone cross inlays and deep red finish over quilted maple top. It has just been setup and restrung with a new set of strings by our in-house guitar tech and it sounds and plays great. It ships in a hard-shell case.

Body: Mahogany body with carved quilted maple top, red burst gloss finish, abalone purfling, black binding.

Neck: Neck through body, 5 piece neck with black bound rosewood fingerboard, abalone cross inlays and headstock purfling, 34” scale length and 1 ½” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 active EMG HZ pickups, master volume, blend, bass and treble knobs, black chrome hardware.

Cosmetics: This bass is in nice shape but there is a fair amount of light pick scratches on the top. There’s some very minor buckle rash, a few minor scuffs and very little evidence of playwear on the fingerboard.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected and set up this bass, the neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
