Description
Summary: The Schecter Stiletto Studio-5 Bass pulls out all the stops with neck-thru-body, multilaminate construction and high-end appointments. It features a mahogany and bubinga body, multilaminate maple and walnut neck, and rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and offset dot inlays. It comes equipped with a Diamond Custom bridge, Grover tuners, EMG-HZ pickups, 3-band EQ, master volume and blend controls, and satin gold hardware.
Body: Neck-thru construction with Ultra Access, Mahogany/Bubinga, Honey Satin finish.
Neck: Maple/Walnut multi-ply construction, Rosewood fingerboard, 35” scale length, 1.771” nut width, 16” radius, thin “C” profile, 24 frets, dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: EMG-HZ pickups, Master Volume/Blend/3-Band EMG Active E/Q controls, Diamond Custom bridge, Grover satin gold tuning keys, 2-way adjustable truss rod, gold knurled knobs,
Cosmetics: This bass is in good shape. It has various nicks, dings, and scuffs on the body. The back of the neck is clean and smooth, and the frets are in great shape. The headstock has light wear around the edges. The finish has worn to a gloss wear the strumming arm would be.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
