Simon&Patrick A6T Natural Showcase Mahogany with Hardshell Case

Summary: The S&P Showcase guitars are the upper echelon of the entire line. Superbly crafted in a separate, secluded acoustic studio where each guitar can be individually & meticulously crafted by a handful of the finest luthiers in the business. Being artists in their own right, these luthiers devote much time and attention to every aspect in the process of building these high-end guitars. Both the look and more importantly the sound of these fine instruments are brought to fruition by the passion and artistry of the luthiers who lend their craftsmanship to each guitar. This particular instrument is a “Showcase Mahogany A6T” and it plays great and sounds fantastic.

Body: Full sized acoustic with a solid spruce top & mahogany back & sides. This instrument is fully glossed and it has wonderful natural wood binding on the top & the back.

Neck: Mahogany neck with a great feeling rosewood fingerboard, small dot inlays, gold high-ratio tuning keys with gold buttons, 21 frets.

Pickups/Hardware: B-Band pickup with a built-in tuner, gold hardware

Cosmetics: This instrument has been well-loved and it doesn’t show a lot of wear….I really don’t see any major pick scratches – this is a heavy duty & really well done high gloss that is very protective. Any wear is very minor

Playability: This guitar has recently been set up with a new set of 12’s and the action is comfortable & the guitar plays great up & down the fingerboard! The truss rod was fully tested & the frets are in great shape with lots of life left in them.
