1978 Steven Warshaw #7

Here's a really special guitar, made by the late Steve Warshaw back in 1978. A true craftsman, Steve only built a handful of guitars under his own name, but had a long history as a luthier, working for Martin, Gurian and Bourgeois among others. He even put in a couple of years running our store in Northampton, MA back in the 90's! Google him if you're curious. So aside from the beautiful build-quality of #7, it has a very wide neck and string spacing-a finger-picker's delight. Classic spruce top, scalloped braces, Rosewood back and sides-Steve always had a supply of really great wood! The guitar just had its wide neck reset by Tucker Barrett. Plays great, sounds awesome, and not bad to look at either!
