1999 Takamine LTD99 Natural with Original Hard Case

Summary: This is a Limited Edition Takamine LTD99 “Mountain” guitar – this instrument has a beautiful “Mountain” rosette with a mountain top inlay on the 12th fret. This fabulous guitar comes with the original tan hardshell case!

Body: Fully bound acoustic with a single cutaway with a spruce top & rosewood back and sides. This instrument features a 4-ply binding of Ivory & forest green.

Neck: Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, mountain top inlay at the 12th fret, 1 9/16” nut width, 25 3/8” scale length, 20 frets. The frets do show some wear but they have plenty of life left in them.

Pickups/Hardware: This Takamine has a very cool electronic pickup with several presets & built-in reverb! This guitar features gold Takamine tuning keys, a rosewood bridge, a beautiful multi-wood rosette with rare Koa & some pearl in the mountaintops.

Cosmetics: This instrument is nearly 20 years old so it does have normal signs of wear with some small scratches & a few small dings on the body. The back of the instrument has a milky appearance on the back upper bout - the structure of this guitar is very solid & the instrument has been well-maintained over its life.

Playability: This Takamine plays and sounds great – we put a new set of 12’s on it & the action is low & the guitar rocks up & down the fingerboard.
