2017 Tom Anderson Angel Blue Burst

Summary: This Anderson Angel is a masterfully build instrument. Custom made with a gorgeous quilted maple top and high gloss blue burst finish, this guitar looks and feels stunning. The 2 humbucker, 1 single coil configuration makes for an extremely versatile instrument that can handle anything you throw at it with precision, clarity and incredible tuning stability thanks to the “Buss Feiten” tuning system. This guitar was babied by the previous owner and does not have a scratch on it. The finish pops in a way you have to see to believe. It ships in the highest quality original hard-shell case with all the Anderson spec info and original whammy bar.

Body: A quilted maple top, on a mahogany body, with flame maple binding and a gorgeous high gloss blue burst finish.

Neck: The chocolate maple neck has a satin finish, even-taper profile, rosewood fretboard with 24 jumbo frets, 1 11/16” nut width, 25 ½” scale length and “Buzz Feiten Tuning System”.

Pickups/Hardware: It has the “5-way add bridge with splitter switching”. 5 way switch, master volume, mini toggle to add bridge pickup and tone knob with push pull. All nickel hardware, vintage tremolo and Anderson branded locking tuners.
Neck Pickup- HC 1+: Vintage level output and signature, with a voice of mid-centered perfection, surrounded by soft, articulate upper-mid range and highs.
Middle Pickup- SC 1: Slightly more than vintage level, single coil sound, hum-canceling (great for neck and middle application).
Bridge Pickup- HC 3+: Surprisingly musical and sweet but will roar when required. We have been very pleased with getting classic rock to shred tones.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in immaculate shape and looks absolutely stunning on the wall of our shop. The previous owner babied this guitar and did not let it get a single scratch. The frets do not even have any wear on them, this guitar is basically brand new.

Playability: Our in house luthier has just set up, inspected and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The action is low, the frets are high and smooth, every note rings out crystal clear and the neck is straight with a fully functioning truss rod.
