Baritone Ukulele c 1950s | $175 | This baritone ukulele is unmarked, but likely Chicago-made by Kay. Overall original condition showing some wear and tear, but is structurally solid with no breaks or cracks.

The body is made from mahogany ply. The neck is mahogany, capped with a hardwood fingerboard. Mahognay bridge with rosewood saddle. White painted sound hole trim. Friction tuners were disassembled, cleaned and lubed.

There are no evident prior repairs. The nut has a small chip on the D side (nut functions fine); frets are good; top brace glued; neck is tight; action set at 8/64"; shows nicks and scratches from wear and age; tuners function well.

Overall length is 29"; scale length is 19"; body width lower bout 9 7/8"; fingerboard 1 7/16" at the nut.

The uke plays well and produces a nice sound.

No case.
