1963 Manuel Velazquez No. 7 in excellent condition with very minimal signs of wear for such an outstanding instrument. This guitar was passionately loved as you can tell from the love marks in the "picking" area. This Velazquez is in all original condition save for a previously repaired top crack as seen in photos. Notably finished with varnish as Velazquez experimented with various finishes throughout his career. Constructed with a spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back, sides and fingerboard, maple binding, mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard. This beauty features a scale length of 25 1/2", fingerboard width at the nut of 2 1/16", thickness at the first fret of .88", thickness at the ninth fret of 1.00" and a weight of 3.42 lbs. Comes with the original chipboard case.
