We accept payments in Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cashiers Checks. International orders (wire transfer only)

We generally ship with FedEx but we can use UPS if that is your prefered carrier.

All of our musical instruments come with a 48 hour approval period, which begins when the UPS or FedEx tracking database indicates that the shipment was received and or delivered. If a return is necessary, please call us for an authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways if item is returned. 5% of the sale price of the instrument will be charged as a restocking fee if the returned item was purchased using a credit card. There will be no restocking fee if other payment methods were used. After the returned instrument is received, inspected, and is found to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped, a refund, minus shipping, will be promptly issued.
