Shipped Orders except for layaways and/or held items are open to a 24-hour approval period. Return requests must be received within the 24 hour period after instrument arrival via phone. Shipping costs to and from are customers responsibility. Once returned instruments are received in the exact condition they left us, a full refund will be generated minus shipping and any other transaction expenses. Returned shipments need to be insured and shipped with the same transit time that the item was originally shipped, packed in the same style that they were originally shipped. Please note that Custom ordered merchandise or modification of inventory to suit customers request are void of an approval period.
