Something you don’t see every day, a 1968 Fender Bass VI in Black with matching headstock! The Bass VI was introduced in 1961, and borrowed a lot of design elements from Fender’s other off-set guitars, such as the Jaguar and Jazzmaster. The pickups were essentially the same as the Jaguar, and also borrowed the same floating tremolo from its guitar counterpart as well. This particular example is in excellent condition, and plays amazing as well! Three well balanced pickups give the bass a great voice, with a 6.17K in the bridge, 6.13K in the middle, and 6.24K in the neck position. The neck profile is an exceptionally comfortable slim C, which makes this instrument a pleasure to play!

It weighs in at 9 lbs and 9 oz, and comes with original hardshell case.
