My favorite and quite a rare guitar, the "zipper" inlay, Black and white checkerboard around the soundhole is a captivating, tasty twist only done in 1932. With a smaller more squat body, it is, like the KG-14, another Kalamzoo version of the Gibson L-00. It has a welcome compactness that makes for a sensitive troubador's travel guitar. Feather-light, responsive, intimate, yet capable of playing some brash blues. plays well in first position.
