1985 Manuel Contreras Double Top Natural, Excellent, Hard

Solid top.
Double top refers to the back which has a cedar lining.
Guitar is in great shape. It has a few dings and marks on it. The case has some marks too.
The action at the 12th fret on the 6th string side is about 1/8” & the 1st string side it's about 3/32" and the saddle is low. The scale length is approximately 25 11/16”. The width at the nut is 2 1/8”.
There is a squarish patch on the side of the upper bout, bass side that is wood grain, not a repair. The side markers are not installed, they can be lightly taken off with your fingernail.
Great Sounding, lots of sustain.
