An incredibly clean 1963 Fender Jazz Bass in factory Black with matching headstock! After nearly a decade of dominating the solid-body bass market with the Precision, Fender decided it was time for a deluxe bass model to add to their catalog. In the summer of 1960, the beautiful curves of the Jazz Bass were available for purchase for the first time.  The string spacing is slightly narrower than the Precision, making it slightly easier to play, and quickly became a favorite for many musicians! The bass is in stunning shape, with the neck, frets and overall hardly ever used!

It weighs in at 9 lbs, and comes with original mute, hang tags, and original hardshell case.
