1964 Gibson ES-345 Cherry Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar, Serial # 167336, Weight: 8.6 lbs. Introduced in 1958, the stereo ES-345 became a favorite of Freddie King, Otis Rush and Chuck Berry. Even B.B. King was known to play an ES-345 before the Lucille model was introduced. This is simply one of the finest ES-345s that we have ever seen. There are a few minor scuffs to the finish and a vinyl rash on the back of the neck from a guitar stand. Minor wear to the original frets. The tuner buttons are very nice replacements. Switch tip is not yellowed but appears to be original. Minor, even checking over the entire guitar. A very small chip repair on the headstock on the bass side at the very top. Original hard case and stereo to mono cable included. Condition: Very Good. Price Guide Value $15,000
